5 Easy Lifestyle Changes You Can Make Today That Shrink Fibroids
When approaching the subject of fibroid elimination, it’s easy to get caught up in the what seems like a large overall, elephant sized task. After moving past the initial diagnosis of uterine fibroids, I was then left with all of the negative associations that living with fibroid tumors bring to mind. It was as if I was preparing myself or an enormous, insurmountable feat (if I were to believe what the doctor told me..) What was worse was, there were no women that were discussing the topic in a way that inspired me, or gave me any hope.

- Drink ONLY Water
The benefits of drinking water are endless. Water is arguably the most underestimated, yet readily available resource (to some of us) and a panacea in any natural healer’s regimen. In “The Body’s Many Cries for Water” by Fereydoon Batmanghelidj M.D. , the author explores the subject of “chronic dehydration” as the underlying cause for imbalances and disease in the body.
Fibroid tumors are formed through hormonal imbalance and a buildup of toxins in the body, water not only assists in proper elimination of waste, but it also helps the detoxification process to optimally cleanse the body and hydrate the cells. Drinking the proper amount of water also balances the hormones, which will enable the fibroid(s) to shrink as the estrogen levels will lower and inhibit fibroid growth.
Remember to drink only filtered, water free of chemical and hormones. Also only drink water from bpa free plastic bottles.
- Eat Vegan (more often)
Plant-based eating will contribute to lower estrogen levels and balanced hormones. Also the fiber you’ll be consuming will cultivate an ideal environment to eliminate toxin and waste that normally build up and turn into fibroids. Also eating vegan insures you avoid any dairy which raises your alkalinity levels and helps create balance whereas consuming dairy raises your acidity levels and make more imbalance, and in turn makes your temple an ideal, comfy space to host the life of the fibroids. Not to metion, milk and cheese have pus in them from the dairy industry worst practices. (Eeew!)

All phytoestrogen based foods are not recommended however. Stay away from Soy, it can lead to hormone imbalance, and fertility issues by disrupting the endocrine system.
Eating plant-based meals doesn’t have to be overwhelming. Don’t stress if you ain’t bout that vegan life! Remember small steps daily to chip away at the mountain all add up to the same outcome..eventually the mountain will pebble, and then -no more. Simply substitute a vegan meal daily each week where you normally ate whatever you wanted. Or eat vegan for certain days of the week or a certain number of days each week. Start where it’s comfortable for you, and have fun doing it! Eating plants means loving yourself. You are what you eat, and eating plants means taking in all the vitality, love and abundance that life has to offer. Your body will give you back these gifts in spades.

Detoxing is so common to hear these days. Fibroid tumors are a sure sign that a good detoxing is needed, since they are comprised mainly from from a buildup of toxins in the body. In order to shrink fibroids, detoxing is a must. Detoxification processes are a layered approach when looking to eliminate fibroids. These things are simple ways to reset your mind, body, spirit and soul into a permanent “spa day” feeling. The important thing is to put YOU first. Even if it’s only for a few minutes a day, you must re-program yourself to feel, pampered and in your own eyes worthy, capable to receive healing. God already knows that you are, but you must know you are so focus on making yourself feel special, relaxed and harmonious.
